Vins Black, born Chadwell Cameron ( May 1983) is an Underground Reggae Artist. He grew up in Manchester, Jamaica. He is also a very skilled graphic artist, designing anything from webpages, tshirts, and also CD and mixtape covers.

Vins Black started writing while in High School; having impromptu clashes with fellow classmates. These classroom "clashes" essentially planted the seed of what would be his mission of establishing himself as a Deejay.

Upon migrating to the United States, he continued writing, but lack of recording equipment or a studio to record out of, his music was put on a hiatus.

He soon after enlisted in to the U.S. Military, where he eventually got stationed in MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. He discovered that a fellow Marine (Eddi Kane) shared the same interest in underground music and began recording out of Vins Black's homemade studio.

They recorded a number of singles, which were then passed out. A few of the tracks made their way to local producer, Killjoy. He was so impressed by the unique collaboration of reggae and hip hop, he opened up his studio to fine tune the music. Over time Killjoy produced two mixtapes featuring the duo, whom dubbed themselves Get Money Clique (GMC).

With the help of Killjoy GMC began performing at local hip hop spots and began establishing a name for themselves. Unfortunately the group disbanded and Vins Black was back to square one. Upon his return to Pennsylvania, he came back with a new hunger, and a new respect for the game.

he began pushing one more mixtape Vins Black the Demo, and then decided it was time to start working on polishing his craft. His most recent mixtape fell in to the hands of Producer/ Rapper Kamikaze CMI who gave Vins Black the opportunity to work on yet another mixtape. With new material in hand, Vins Black is seeking to get what he calls "grind music" out to the people, and shows that talent not only lies in the size of the check, but also from the passion with which it took to make it.

he definately considers himself underground, stating, " Underground is exactly what it is, "underground". It is not meant for the close minded listener trapped by the machine called the Music Industry, but for those who appreciate the hustle."
